This property is a 13.9 acre residential homestead at the base of South Mountain, east of Albuquerque, New Mexico. It contains a large 40'x70'+ quonset home, a 32'x60' attached studio house, a 40'x50'+ barn, an unfinished berm house, 51 solar PV panels mounted on 13 trackers, a 2.8 kwh Jacobs wind generator, a powerhouse with backup batters with a 4kw Trace 4024 grid intertied inverter, plus other storage buildings.

The above section of a topo has the word "Generator" which marks our wind generator with an X. This property borders two roads: Horton running N/S and South Mountain running E/W. Both roads can be used to enter or leave the property. This is convenient during winter months when snow may block one of these roads, but usually not the other.
